A lot of us have put on some weight over the years. If you’re like me, you blame it on going birding and having a farm.
I’ve always been on the thin side and whenever I’ve had to lose a little weight, I’ve turned to exercise. Over the past few years, my weight has crept up. I tried pilates, running, yoga, and TRX. I would lose a little, but I couldn’t sustain enough motivation to do all that exercise. I now realize that to lose weight, you diet. To build muscles, get stronger, more flexible, and things like that, you exercise.
But I couldn’t hack diets either. Until NOW! I am SOLD on the Fast Diet! I already wrote a summary of the Fast Diet book in this blog before for the husband and friends who wanted to try the diet but didn’t want to read the whole book. Now, after being on the diet for 6 months, reaching my pre-birding and pre-farm weight, coaching a few friends on the Fast Diet, and finding out that some people thought that even my summary was too long .. here’s the comics version!
