There’s something to be said for doing things more than once. Sure I’ve heard of the 10,000 hour rule, practice makes perfect, and all that. But I’ll never get to the bottom of my long wish list of projects to try if I keep doing the same thing over and over again. Plus that one of the things that really motivates me to finish a project is the anticipation of seeing how it will finally turn out! And if it turns out well, then it’s time to move on to the next project.
Pillow #2 surprised me. Turns out that on the second time around, you just zip through the project! It was so easy to do. And, the most amazing part was that I was even able to finish two audio books while crocheting because I didn’t have to concentrate so much on the crocheting! It was my first time to try an audio book. I am excited about the multitasking possibilities! A friend said she used to crochet while on her way to work. Imagine crocheting while listening to an audio book while on a dreary commute!

And on a side note, it was really cold and windy while I was taking pics of my pillows. The coldest, windiest day I ever experienced on the un-farm. Momo was ok with the cold.

Barkley, was not! I found him shivering under the table.
Here he is getting warm and cozy.

Your cushions look beautiful, lovely colourful centres really stand out with the might background.
Thank you! I’m really enjoying mixing and matching the colors.
