I really wanted the whole dogs on the farm idea to work. Momo and Barkley are great house dogs. They sleep in our room, love to play fetch and hide and seek, and they’re somewhat well-behaved during their daily afternoon walk. When they’re off leash, Momo’s recall is pretty good. Do You Know Where Your Charcoal Came From?
I can no longer look at barbecue the same way. It is entirely possible that I’ve eaten barbecue that was cooked over charcoal that was made from a tree that was growing in my farm before it was my farm. And now that I’m trying to replace that tree and all the other trees that used to grow there, I realize that what took a minute to cut down will take a lifetime to replace. Mushrooms .. I know, they are neither Plants nor Animals
Mushrooms! These just sprouted randomly in the grass. Is there poop somewhere there? I’ve always heard that mushrooms tend to grow on poop.
